Course Description:

 This course will focus on how to get your music in sync licensing as well as the ins & outs of the music business including how to book your own shows and make a living as a musician. 

Please bring the following supplies with you:

Bio:

Gordon Lewis grew up in northern Minnesota where he learned to play instruments at a young age in a bluegrass band and in his local church. After graduating high school he went to Mesabi Range Community College and got his Associate of Arts Degree with a certification in audio engineering, music production, film scoring, and music education. Together with his partner, he performs in a duo called Roma Ransom that travels across the country performing in a variety of venues. Gordon has also composed music for films, commercials, podcasts etc. Some of his clients that he has composed soundtracks for include Patagonia, Bud Light, Huckberry, YETI, Vice, Xtratuf And She’s Dope Too and many more.
