With

Kathleen McFadden

Course Description:

It's more than composition, it's being able to see what would make a great photograph, painting or sculpture before you grab the camera, paints or clay. Inside you is an intuitive artist, learn to listen to your artist's voice above the fray. In this class, we'll discuss how to make better art by evoking emotion.

We'll explore some elements to think about before, during and after your process of creative expression.

See the subject with your eyes.

Create with your heart.

Edit with your brain.

Bring some of your favorite pieces to share and be open to a constructive critique. You'll leave with a renewed sense of purpose in your creative process.

Laptop/Tablet and/or Smartphone, A sketchbook or journal
